Returns

We want you to love your Crostyl gear. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day easy return policy.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or as store credit.
